What you get

Your coffee program, minus the homework

We supply the beans, help dial them in, and stay on call when the grinder drifts. You pour coffee; we worry about the rest.

Current partners range from a two-machine bakery in Crescent Heights to a 200-person office downtown that goes through 18 kg a week. Contracts are monthly, nobody's locked in, because the coffee has to earn the shelf every week.

Every account gets a standing order tuned to actual usage, a staff cupping session at onboarding, and a direct line to Dana for recipe questions. Equipment troubleshooting is included; we'd rather fix your grind than lose your account.

  • Roasted-to-order, deliveries leave within 48h of the drum
  • Standing orders adjusted monthly to real usage
  • Free staff training session at onboarding

Timing & guarantee

First 30 days are a trial by definition, if the coffee doesn't move or your staff can't dial it in, we part as friends and take back the stock. After that, monthly terms with a week of notice either way.

Volume tiers are honest, the more you pour, the better the kilogram gets.

The process

Getting onboarded

Two weeks from first email to first delivery, usually.

Onboarding: ~2 weeks
1

Tell us your volume

A quick form on the contacts page, kilos per week, equipment, what you serve now.

2

Sample pack lands

Four coffees, tasting notes, suggested recipes. Brew them against your current supplier blind, that's the honest test.

3

Cup together

We bring spoons to your place or host you at the roast table. You pick the line-up.

4

Standing order set

Weekly volume, delivery day, grind spec. Adjust monthly, we check usage, not vibes.

5

Staff training

Two hours on your machine, your grinder, your milk. Included with every new account.

6

Weekly rhythm

Rosted Monday, delivered Wednesday, dialled Friday. Repeat.

The crew

A wholesale rep who pulls shots

Accounts are handled by people who've worked the bar, not a sales floor.

Your contact is whoever roasted your coffee that week, usually Dana or our wholesale lead, Oscar. Oscar spent four years behind espresso machines before he started carrying the delivery route, which is why the onboarding training doesn't feel like a seminar.

Questions

Wholesale questions

What owners ask before signing.

5 kg a week, enough for a small café or a busy office. Under that, retail bags probably make more sense; check the beans page.

Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane weekly, same terms. Beyond that we ship freight, freshness holds, the support visits just get rarer.

We advise, we don't sell, no machines on commission. We'll tell you honestly if your grinder is the problem, and help spec a replacement that fits the budget.

Net-14 after the first month. First deliveries are prepaid while the account settles in, standard stuff, no surprises.
