The deal, in short
Buy coffee, book things, enjoy the club. Don't misuse the site. That's ninety percent of it.
These terms cover everything bought or booked through happydealsclub.website, café orders, beans, subscriptions, workshops, cupping seats, catering and wholesale accounts. Using the site means you're okay with them.
Where a service has its own terms (deposits on catering, subscription cancellation windows), the service page and the refund policy spell it out. This page is the umbrella.

Orders, bookings & payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include GST where applicable, the price you see is the price you pay. Orders are confirmed when we email you; a web form alone isn't a contract until we answer it.
Bookings for workshops, cuppings and catering hold your slot once confirmed. Deposits where required are listed on the service page, no hidden fees appear later.

The club & the 18+ rule
Membership in the deals club, tastings and related offers is restricted to adults 18+. We may ask for ID at events, it's the rule, not a judgement.
Membership is free and cancellable in one email. Deal terms (discounts, member pricing) apply while membership is active; past purchases aren't retroactively repriced.

The usual legal bits
Site content, text, photos, the roast profiles we publish, is ours; don't republish it commercially. Using the site for anything unlawful, scraping it aggressively, or pretending to be us ends the relationship and probably involves lawyers neither of us wants to pay.
Liability is limited to what you paid us for the thing that went wrong. Coffee involves hot water; common sense applies. Alberta law governs these terms and disputes land in Alberta courts.

HappyDealsClub club offers are for adults 18+. Deals are a bonus, never an obligation, opt out anytime, no hard feelings and no retention emails.
