Plain language on purpose, if something reads like a trick, email us and we'll fix the sentence.
Who we are, legally
HappyDealsClub is operated by Happy Deals Club Coffee Roasters Ltd., registered in Alberta, Canada.
Registration details: Corporate Access No. 2025143789, registered office at 123 Freeport Blvd NE, Calgary, AB T3N 0A3. The owner and person responsible for site content is Mark Sullivan. You can reach the company at happydealsclub@gmail.com or +1 416 593 8274.
We're a Canadian company, so Canadian law is home base, but if you visit from the EU or UK, GDPR gives you extra rights and we honour them. This page covers both. The practical data details live on the privacy policy.
01
GDPR, what it means here
If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR applies to how we handle your data. In practice that means we only process personal data with a lawful basis, fulfilling your order, answering your message, or legitimate interest in keeping the site running.
Your GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email happydealsclub@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days, usually faster. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; we'd rather you yell at us first.
Data we hold sits in Canada. Where that's a 'transfer' under GDPR, we rely on adequacy and standard contractual clauses with the processors we use.
02
How our pages connect
This site is one document set, not five. Privacy explains what data we collect day to day. Terms cover the rules of buying and booking. Cookies lists what's stored in your browser. Refunds explains cancellations and money back. If two pages ever disagree, the stricter one applies and we'd like to know about it.
03
Age restriction & responsible use
Club deals, tastings and member offers on this site are for adults 18 and over, that's why the site carries the 18+ mark. The café itself welcomes everyone; the restriction applies to membership and deal participation.
Responsible gaming, in our context, means deals should stay fun and optional. We don't do countdown-pressure gimmicks, we don't guilt-trip cancellations, and members can leave the club in one email. If an offer ever pushes you past comfortable, that's our bad design, not your problem.

Legal or GDPR question?
Write to happydealsclub@gmail.com, subject 'legal' gets it to the right desk the same day. For data requests specifically, see the privacy policy first; it lists what we hold.
18+ club offers and member deals are subject to the age rules above. If gambling-style language on a coffee site confuses you, fair, it's how our membership program is regulated, and this page is where the details live.
